Job Summary
Directs hotel operations for Inn at Virginia Mason & Baroness Hotel, providing direct leadership and oversight to Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Café teams. Ensures consistent execution of service standards and operational excellence, acts as primary operational leader in the absence of the General Manager, monitors daily operations, analyzes performance data, and partners with the GM to implement strategic initiatives. Responsible for compliance with safety and regulatory standards, coaching and developing department leaders, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth execution of daily operations and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year College or University, or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
