Director of Operations Home Care

Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing home care agency. A hands-on leadership role partnering with the CEO and office team to keep operations running smoothly, support staff, and build the systems and processes that enable growth. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating scheduling, recruiting, onboarding and staff development, conducting client intakes and care planning, driving process improvement, ensuring compliance and quality, and tracking key operational metrics to support scalable performance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly and fostering a collaborative environment. Experience of 5+ years in leadership within home care, home health, senior services, or related fields is preferred, with a focus on operational performance, system improvements, and staff development.
