Job Summary
Directs operations across Havtech Commercial Distribution locations, overseeing distribution/logistics, inventory management, pricing, supplier relationships, and process optimization for multiple branches in Maryland, Virginia, and Pittsburgh. Develops and manages inventory strategies (stock mins/maxes, safety stock, EOQs), analyzes sales data and customer demand to forecast inventory, tracks vendor rebates and price matrices, and leads improvements to ERP/CRM systems while ensuring internal sales, administration, warranty, and accounting processes run efficiently. Maintains supplier relationships, engages in training to stay current on product offerings and market pricing, and collaborates with business leaders to enhance systems and operations SOPs. Supervises staff as part of the supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Finance, Business, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience in operations management and inventory planning in a fast-paced sales environment.
