Job Summary
Oversee operations for 8-10 full-service restaurant locations, driving sales growth, profitability, and labor management while ensuring execution of operational standards and guest experience initiatives. Analyze P&L performance to identify margin improvements and coach General Managers to build a culture focused on accountability and retention. Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to support staffing, training, and operational initiatives across a multi-unit territory. Requires minimum 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience with current oversight of at least 7 locations and strong financial acumen. Candidates must currently reside within reasonable driving distance of the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within casual dining and/or fine dining restaurant operations
- Current oversight of at least 7 restaurant locations
- Must currently be in a multi-unit leadership role
- Experience overseeing high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, food cost, and P&L performance
- Demonstrated tenure and career stability
- Quick service backgrounds will only be considered if paired with substantial casual dining and/or fine dining multi-unit experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop high-performing operational teams
- Candidates must currently reside within reasonable driving distance of the assigned territory
