Job Summary

Coordinate all aspects of team travel, including air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, itineraries, and meals for Olympic sports programs. Manage program budgets by processing purchases, monitoring expenditures, reconciling accounts, and coordinating reimbursements. Develop, maintain, and communicate daily, seasonal, and annual team schedules while managing recruiting visits and game day operations. Serve as the primary operational liaison between coaches, Athletics administration, and support units to ensure seamless execution. Support student athletes by coordinating onboarding, housing, meal plans, and financial aid processes. Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university policies while promoting an inclusive environment. This full-time exempt contract position includes evening and weekend work. Reporting to the Deputy Athletic Director, the role focuses on tennis, golf, and rowing operations within USC Athletics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be analytical
  • Must be organized
  • Must be an outstanding communicator
  • Specific sports operational management experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience in a university environment
  • Knowledge about the various aspects of a specific sports game
  • Knowledge of NCAA regulations
  • Must be available for evenings
  • Must be available for weekends
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to improving outcomes for a variety of populations

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred
  • Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred
  • Five years experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of NCAA compliance regulations preferred
  • Experience working in higher education and/or a sports related field ideal
