Job Summary
Director of Operations for Bethesda Project, a senior leadership role responsible for executing organizational mission through business operations across multiple sites. Reports to CEO and oversees in-house financial activities as the primary liaison for outsourced accounting and banking, cash flow management, bill payments, and financial controls; supervises maintenance at seven residential sites; manages compliance activities including registrations and renewals; oversees annual renewal of commercial insurance and handles insurance claims; conducts analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities with vendors and contracts; requires a Master’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) and at least 3 years of management experience; strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy; travel to multiple sites is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to identify operations deficiencies/strengths and facilitate necessary change
- Ability to work effectively with others in a supervisory capacity
