Job Summary
Lead manufacturing operations across two facilities, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost while coaching supervisors and operations leaders. Build accountability throughout the organization by partnering with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop operational strategies supporting future growth. This hands-on role requires strong metal stamping experience, multi-shift leadership, and Lean Manufacturing expertise within a diversified manufacturer of metal parts and assemblies entering a period of significant growth and capital investment.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys being on the shop floor
- Strong metal stamping manufacturing experience
- Experience leading high-volume manufacturing operations
- Multi-shift leadership experience
- Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision making
