Job Summary
Director of Operations Execution & Innovation leads process improvement programs for the property, provides training to leaders on continuous improvement methodology and problem solving, coordinates Guest and Employee Satisfaction programs with metric analysis and auditing processes, develops standard reports to analyze deficiencies and trends, makes recommendations to department leaders for process or organizational improvements, audits performance data, and serves as a liaison with Information Resources for system changes while supporting measurement program enhancement and goal setting for consistent cross-departmental results.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 5 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, sales, or related professional area
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years’ management experience in the guest services, front desk, sales, or related professional area
