Job Summary
Define annual supply chain strategy, OKRs, and volume forecasting to translate growth plans into resource, capex, and headcount. Manage end-to-end demand and supply planning, pharmaceutical and vendor relationships, and procurement governance across Rx and non-Rx categories. Own the Prescribe to Pharmacy process, courier strategy, and carrier SLAs while reducing COGS and wastage. Lead fulfilment systems roadmaps for PMR, WMS, and ERP, and manage inventory close processes. Drive supply chain input into new product and brand launches across commercial, clinical, and growth functions. Build and grow a high-accountability team from day one. Report to the VP of Operations Assurance at Hims & Hers, leading operations as Eucalyptus scales into a complex, multi-brand business supporting one million global patients.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related function
- at least 3–4 years in a director or head-of level role with a team behind you
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end supply chain or fulfilment operations at scale
- ideally in a high-growth, high-volume environment (e.g. e-commerce, health, consumer goods, mobility)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage supplier and vendor relationships across complex, multi-category supply chains
- Strong commercial acumen - able to own COGS targets, model cost initiatives, and communicate financial impact clearly
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to define and deliver fulfilment system requirements & transformations (e.g. WMS, ERP, order management)
- Experience leading cross-functional product and category launches from an operations perspective
- Strong people leadership skills - able to hire, develop, and performance manage a growing team
- Excellent stakeholder management - confident presenting to exec and SLT-level audiences and partnering across commercial, clinical, and finance functions
- Based in London
- willingness to travel to Birmingham & Enfield on a regular basis
