Job Summary
Senior Director of Operations overseeing a 10–12-person team of CAD technicians, survey techs, and operations staff in a geospatial services firm. Responsible for P&L ownership, job costing, workflow and capacity planning, process standardization, vendor/subcontractor/resource management, and coordinating with the Survey Manager and BD lead on project pipeline and resource allocation. Direct interface with the owner on financial reporting, staffing decisions, and strategic priorities; requires 10+ years in operations within related geospatial/engineering contexts and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations management experience in a survey, mapping, geospatial, or engineering/consulting firm
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and hands-on job costing experience
- Proficiency with project management and job costing platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- No licensure required
