Job Summary
Lead the operational performance of multiple eatertainment venues by coaching General Managers, driving sales and EBITDA, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across food and entertainment. Hold leaders accountable for operational execution, safety, cleanliness, and service standards while analyzing KPIs to identify performance improvements and develop turnaround strategies for underperforming locations. Partner with Marketing to execute promotions and events, collaborate with Culinary, Facilities, HR, and Finance to support operational excellence, and recruit future operational leaders. Manage new store openings, acquisitions, and remodels while ensuring compliance with health, alcohol, gaming, and safety standards. Travel regularly throughout the region to oversee high-volume operations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Experience overseeing high-volume restaurants, entertainment venues, family entertainment centers, hospitality, casinos, bowling, movie theaters, or similar concepts
- Strong financial acumen with deep experience managing restaurant P&Ls
- Demonstrated success leading multiple General Managers
- Proven ability to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction
- Experience leading large hourly and salaried workforces
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Travel regularly throughout your region
