Job Summary
Directs hotel operations in the General Manager's absence. Oversees front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales; leads recruitment, hiring, training, and retention to deliver a WOW guest experience; mentors and motivates staff; collaborates with departments to meet budgets and build strong working relationships; creates the hotel’s annual budget, tracks performance, and delivers strong financial results; produces and explains monthly financial reports; ensures cleanliness, safety, and guest relations while driving profitability.
