Direct the operational performance of laboratory and imaging services across EPIC Health locations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and strategic growth for diagnostic services; drive standardized workflows, quality improvement, and patient access across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Clinical Laboratory Science, Radiologic Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing laboratory, radiology, diagnostic imaging, or ancillary healthcare services
- Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of diagnostic service workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices
