Job Summary
The Director of Operations will lead approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, overseeing operations and managing a budget with P&L accountability of around $30-$50MM. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, addressing growth priorities, developing and executing operating plans, managing financial and revenue growth, and ensuring compliant patient care. Ideal candidates will possess leadership experience in multi-site operations, have a Bachelor's degree, and align with DaVita's core values. Travel may be required and keen competitive understanding is essential.
