Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years experience in Aerospace, Space, Defense with significant emphasis on electronics or electromechanical manufacturing operations
- 5 years+ experience in a senior operations leadership role
- Must have strong understanding of production and fabrication of electro-mechanical components
Desired Qualifications
- Strong vendor management skills
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Ability to work collaboratively with other operational disciplines
- Knowledge in MRP systems and implementations
- Production Space build experience preferred
