Job Summary
Director of Operations – Construction Trade Execution role leading both field and office-based teams across multiple large-scale construction developments. Responsible for on-time, within-scope project delivery, cross-functional coordination between field crews and project managers, and implementation of structured processes, KPIs, and accountability systems to drive performance. Requires hands-on leadership, clear ownership, and the ability to maintain alignment and accountability across field and office teams, with a focus on delivering high client satisfaction and disciplined operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in construction trade environments servicing large-scale developments
- Experience leading both field teams and office-based project management teams
- Track record of managing multiple large projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, project execution, and trade coordination
- Experience implementing structured processes, KPIs, and accountability systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Must-Have Capabilities: Strong LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability) leadership experience
- Experience in a leadership role with direct responsibility for team performance
- Ability to enforce accountability and drive execution across teams
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on results and delivery
