Job Summary
Directs and controls operations across CHCGD sites, overseeing site management, patient access, patient satisfaction, facilities, and patient support. Collaborates with senior leadership to operationalize the strategic plan, ensure compliance with FQHC/HIPAA/HRSA/OSHA requirements, develop short- and long-term operational plans, and drive operational efficiencies. Manages budgets and revenue cycle, produces monthly operational performance reports, and leads HR, staffing, vendor management, capital projects, and risk management to enable growth and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations and management
- Knowledge of federal/HRSA, and familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) required.
- Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills-principles and people.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth.
- On-site presence and travel to CHCGD site(s) required for performance of all work duties.
