Job Summary
Own revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA across all paving, snow removal, landscaping, and sweeping service lines with direct accountability for site-level cost performance. Build and manage a multi-trade vendor network with clear performance standards, accountability systems, and compliance requirements that protect service quality and margin. Ensure consistent, on-standard service delivery across multi-property national and regional retail and commercial portfolios while meeting SLAs and client KPIs at every site. Institutionalize job-cost tracking, vendor billing audit, and service efficiency standards that protect margin at the property level. Orchestrate simultaneous, geographically dispersed service delivery with precision scheduling and resource allocation. Recruit, develop, and hold accountable regional field managers and vendor partners capable of delivering at national account standards. Drive client satisfaction and contract retention through proactive communication, issue escalation discipline, and performance reporting that demonstrates value.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing exterior facility maintenance programs for national or regional commercial and retail portfolios
- Track record of managing multi-trade service delivery
- Experience driving margin performance through process discipline
- Experience owning operational P&Ls
- Experience building vendor governance systems
- Experience developing field operations teams
- Experience holding vendors and field teams accountable to performance standards
- Ability to establish clear processes
- Ability to enforce accountability among vendors and field teams
- Ability to improve margins through disciplined planning, performance measurement, and consistent execution
- Ability to orchestrate paving, snow, landscaping, and sweeping service delivery across simultaneous, geographically dispersed properties
- Ability to perform precision scheduling and resource allocation
- Ability to drive client satisfaction and contract retention through proactive communication, issue escalation discipline, and performance reporting
- Ability to build operational systems and processes that scale the portfolio without proportional overhead increases
