Job Summary
Lead the market leader for 8-10 Operating Company restaurants by ensuring leadership teams execute at optimal levels to drive profitable Same-Restaurant-Sales and Guest Count growth. Manage 100% compliance with HR, Finance, and functional standards while coaching General Managers and high-potential Restaurant Managers. Execute business plans for sales and guest count growth, monitor operational trends, and hold crucial conversations with leadership teams regarding guest service and employee experiences. Identify, develop, and retain diverse talent to build a strong bench for business growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of Restaurant Managers
- Creating accountability for performance including increased sales
- High levels of guest and employee satisfaction
- Consistent compliance of standards
- Experience in supporting new restaurant growth
- Coaching new restaurant management teams
- Ability to execute business plans for profitable Guest Count and Same-Restaurant-Sales growth within a market
- Ability to deliver Operations Excellence
- Ability and willingness to hold crucial conversations with leadership teams about guest service and employee experiences
- Demonstrated skill at coaching and providing feedback to developing leaders
- Ability to monitor trends and make adjustments to operations as required
- Strength in identifying and developing high potential leaders
- Building a diverse bench to support business growth
- Successful operation of a high volume unit that operates with operational excellence and high levels of guest and employee satisfaction
- Multi-unit operational skills at the restaurant level
