Job Summary
Directs all aspects of the Operations department at OurCalling, including Guest Services, Facility, Resources, Security, and Kitchen Teams; ensures alignment with ministry values and care practices; cultivates a culture of unity, clarity, accountability, communication, and collaboration; leads KPI reporting, KPI-driven decisions, and SOP development; develops annual and quarterly goals, evaluates performance, and maintains consistent 1:1 and team meetings; oversees disaster preparedness planning and compliance across building, kitchen, and fleet; requires strong communication, pastoral heart for vulnerable populations, and ability to build and lead volunteer teams within a ministry context.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations leadership
- Knowledge in building maintenance and compliance
