Job Summary
Director of Operations responsible for leading day-to-day restaurant operations at Chick-fil-A Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. Lead senior management efforts to achieve sales and finance targets, manage Team Leaders, maintain safety, quality and guest satisfaction, oversee labor and food costs, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, develop staff through training and mentoring, conduct inventory and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement in service and operations in alignment with the store’s vision and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred but not required
- 3 years leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant industry
- must be able to lift 25+ lbs and stand long periods
- flexible hours including Fridays and Saturdays
- training and mentoring experience
- leadership and team development
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- ability to manage labor and food costs
