Job Summary
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and collections. Prepare annual operating plans and budgets while setting revenue targets to ensure execution against portfolio objectives. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and expense reduction, and lead value-add initiatives such as interior renovations and common area upgrades. Oversee all aspects of staff leadership, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and retention. Monitor compliance with Operations and Accounting policies and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Technology, and other departments. Comp: $150-175K + bonus. Requires 10+ years in property management with 8+ years in progressive leadership and 5+ years managing multi-site teams. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience (10+ years in property management)
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily operations or portfolio management
- 5+ years in a people management role leading multi-site teams
- Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership and financial accountability
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- High level of computer literacy and comfort leveraging technology in operations
