Job Summary
Lead strategic oversight and execution of all non-clinical operations for residential and community-based therapy programs, designing and improving administrative systems, workflows, and infrastructure to support clinical service delivery. Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of supplies while overseeing agency insurance programs, including liability, property, and workers' compensation coverage. Direct operational staff such as the Operations Coordinator, Facility Manager, and Food Manager, and provide strategic oversight of contracts, vendor relationships, and volunteer coordination. Establish risk mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing standards, and monitor operational quality standards for audits and accreditation. Support executive leadership with operational planning and coordinate logistics for board activities.
Required Qualifications

- Must possess emotional and professional maturity, stability, tactfulness, and good decision-making skills
- Must always adhere to the Confidentiality, Privacy, HIPAA Policy
- Maintain Adult, Child, and Infant CPR & First Aid Certification
- Must complete all background requirements
- Acknowledgement of child abuse reporting responsibility
- Employment is contingent upon receiving a clearance from the appropriate authorities
