Job Summary
Establish administrative infrastructure and manage financial oversight, vendor relations, and human resources for the dual diagnosis facility. Develop standardized operating procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize resource allocation across all departments. Drive multi-site expansion by leading project management for new clinic openings, site selection, and facility build-outs. Monitor performance metrics to implement data-driven improvements and audit workflows that eliminate bottlenecks from intake to discharge. Coordinate with clinical leadership to align administrative processes with therapeutic goals while mentoring administrative staff. Manage facility budgets and support rapid organizational growth within the Southern California market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Mental Health, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in mental health settings
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a senior operational or management capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in hiring, training, and managing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards specific to California mental health facilities
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex transitions and facility openings
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and budget forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between administrative requirements and clinical priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred focus on dual diagnosis or residential treatment environments
- Familiarity or direct operational experience with TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Spravato treatment protocols and clinic workflows
