Job Summary
Manage services across administration, personnel, fiscal management, and strategic planning sections to meet hospital needs and objectives. Provide overall direction to managers in planning, directing, and controlling organizations while ensuring efficient, economic, and quality performance of assigned areas. Lead continuous service and quality improvement, innovation, and staff empowerment through effective internal and external customer relations. Translate strategic plans into operational policy and guide a multi-layered staff in complex decision-making tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- At least 7 years of progressively advanced financial and administrative management experience
- At least 3 years in a medical institution
- Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
- Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with physician partners
- Leadership ability to guide, direct, and mentor a multi-layered staff
- Capable of program development, implementation and evaluation
- Capable of long range program planning that involves complex decision making tasks
- Expert verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse activities
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to anticipate objections and plan appropriate responses
- Ability to perform and lead effectively in stressful situations
- Ability to solve problems as they occur
- Professional in conduct and appearance
- Proficiency with standard software used in healthcare office setting (i.e. MS Word, Excel, web browser, etc)
- Completion of a background check
- Vaccination against COVID-19
- Reception of a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
