Director of Operations

Oversee end-to-end operational execution across all business units, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Manage cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Conduct regular audits, analyze key metrics, and report directly to senior leadership on operational health and risk mitigation. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is based in our headquarters.
