Job Summary
Director of Operations for a behavioral health treatment center. Senior operational leader responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational excellence across programs (PHP, IOP, OP), supervising Directors and coordinating with clinical leadership, staff, and clients. Focus areas include census flow, admissions, housing coordination, attendance and discharges, and monitoring financial performance metrics within a Medicaid-based environment. Leads with collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and a strong emphasis on accountability, continuity, and quality; oversees compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards and provides operational insights to support forecasting and growth. Travel within Ohio is indicated in the role’s qualifications, and the position requires a full-time schedule with routine leadership presence across affiliated treatment programs.
Required Qualifications
