Job Summary
Director of Operations overseeing 24/7 manufacturing across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality; leading data-driven operational systems to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. Partnering with EH&S and leadership to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, build scalable processes, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include KPI management, cross-functional coordination across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain; budgeting and CapEx oversight; implementing ERP, maintenance, and QMS tools; and developing leaders through coaching, succession planning, and structured problem-solving. Requires 7–15+ years of manufacturing operations leadership and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 7–15+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, QMS platforms, and Power BI preferred
