Job Summary
Drive new business growth by sourcing, prospecting, and securing clients across engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Achieve individual revenue and gross profit targets while conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients. Develop tailored staffing solutions, execute targeted outreach campaigns, and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to align client needs with candidate capabilities. Conduct market research, represent the agency at industry events, and contribute to marketing initiatives through thought leadership and partnerships with colleges and professional associations. Maintain detailed records in the CRM/ATS and adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of related business development or sales experience, preferably in the staffing, recruiting, or a closely related industry
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities outlined above
- Proficient in working with various computer software, databases, and cloud-based applications, which includes, but is not limited to: Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), applicant tracking systems, Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
