Director of Operations leading clinical execution and operational efficiency for mobile bedside diagnostics; define, implement, and continuously improve operational protocols; oversee talent pipeline, onboarding, and retention strategies; manage budgets and labor costs; track productivity and exam turnaround times; drive client satisfaction and coordinate with CRM, dispatch, and quality-control teams; mentor territory managers and direct reports across regions; requires 10+ years of operational experience and a Bachelor's degree (master's in healthcare operations preferred); licensure/certification in Radiography or RN field is a plus; proficient with data-analytics tools (e.g., Medi Matrix, Timeclock, Samsara) and CRM/MS Excel; based in Dallas, TX.
