Job Summary
Conduct daily check-ins with key team members, walk the facility to uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and manage ongoing projects. Evaluate inventory systems to drive upgrades that ensure product availability, accuracy, and efficiency while overseeing AR, AP, and P&L financials to hit agreed targets. Mentor staff, implement cross-training for organizational redundancy, and collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth strategies. Monitor operational metrics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure facility compliance with OSHA regulations. Drive strategies to grow the business segment and foster a culture of accountability and trust.
