Job Summary
Drive operational improvement and financial performance for multi-million-dollar communities by increasing occupancy, managing budgets, and achieving CNOI targets. Lead teams of direct reports to execute resident satisfaction strategies, maintain delinquency below 2%, and grow rental rates above market averages. Conduct frequent physical property walks to ensure cleanliness, curb appeal, and timely service request completion while navigating Real Page One Site, On-Site, and AppFolio. Proactively analyze market trends to guide strategy through economic downturns and build a stable, well-trained workforce aligned with company core values. Requires 50%–75% travel and 2+ years of regional property management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related property management in regional role experience
- Proven successful oversight of multiple locations with a minimum of four direct reports
- Requires 50% - 75% travel
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license and working vehicle
- Background and Drug Screening
- Demonstrate the ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, draw valid conclusions, decision making, and initiate appropriate courses of action
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications
- Working understanding of OSHA laws and regulations and MSDS requirements
- Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the RREAF Residential Employee Handbook
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RealPage/OneSite
- Experience working with value-add or renovation of properties
- Certified Property Manager (CPM)
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
- Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
- College degree
- Knowledge of AppFolio or similar property management software
