Director of Operational Transformation - East

Director of Operational Transformation East is responsible for driving operational excellence and execution across the GR NAM East cluster, with emphasis on stabilizing glass recycling operations, defining and tracking KPIs, and guiding profitable investments toward growth. The role partners with Operations Directors to measure, control, and continuously improve performance across sites, oversees performance reviews, and ensures alignment with safety, reliability, throughput, yield, cost, service, and profitability targets. It includes growth enablement, capability development for site and cluster leadership, and ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and sustainability standards while providing insights to balance cost, service, and growth objectives.
