Job Summary
Develop and evaluate the Occupational Health Program to ensure high-quality patient care and service excellence while coordinating care for program participants. Serve as a clinical resource for providers, perform Functional Capacity Evaluations, and train staff on policies and procedures. Assess client and employer needs to design tailored services and identify new partnership opportunities with employers, attorneys, and referral sources in the Omaha and Lincoln communities. Complete special projects as requested to support organizational growth, financial responsibility, and continued program development.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or other licensed healthcare provider through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in occupational health program development
- Marketing and business development experience
- Previous supervisory experience in physical therapy or healthcare settings
