Job Summary
Develop, implement, and evaluate the Occupational Health Program to ensure high-quality patient care and service excellence. Coordinate patient care, serve as a clinical resource for providers, and perform Functional Capacity Evaluations as needed. Train, mentor, and supervise staff on policies and procedures while assessing client and employer needs to design targeted services. Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships with employers, attorneys, case managers, and physicians in the Omaha and Lincoln communities. Complete special projects as requested. This role supports the organization's commitment to quality care, financial responsibility, and growth within a locally owned, family-oriented environment featuring structured mentorship and a dedicated Best Practice Committee.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or other licensed healthcare provider through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in occupational health program development
- Marketing and business development experience
- Previous supervisory experience in physical therapy or healthcare settings
