Director of Occupational Health

Develop, implement, and evaluate the Occupational Health Program to ensure high-quality patient care and service excellence. Coordinate patient care, serve as a clinical resource for providers, and perform Functional Capacity Evaluations as needed. Train, mentor, and supervise staff on policies and procedures while assessing client and employer needs to design targeted services. Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships with employers, attorneys, case managers, and physicians in the Omaha and Lincoln communities. Complete special projects as requested.
