Job Summary
Develop and implement person-centered services aligned with best practices and individualized recovery goals while providing clinical and administrative oversight for East House's OASAS residential programs. Ensure compliance with OASAS regulations, Medicaid requirements, certification standards, and funding mandates through case reviews and continuous quality improvement. Supervise assigned personnel, manage crisis situations, and oversee budgeting, resource utilization, and operational efficiency within assigned programs. Represent East House in community collaborations and serve on leadership teams to support strategic agency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced CASAC credential with three to five years of supervisory experience
- Current LMSW or LMHC license with three to five years of supervisory experience
- experience working in substance use treatment or recovery services
- Experience working within behavioral healthcare systems, particularly OASAS-regulated residential programs
- Strong leadership, program evaluation, quality assurance, budgeting, and resource management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and collaborate successfully with staff, leadership, and community partners
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working with multiple electronic database systems
- Valid New York State driver's license
