Job Summary
Director of Nutrition Services oversees the school district's child nutrition program, manages kitchen operations, leads Kitchen Managers, ensures HACCP compliance, manages production quality and cost per meal, coordinates meal transportation to satellite buildings, drives staff development, HR/compliance duties, and maintains relationships with the district and Opaa! leadership while upholding USDA and district policies.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or (GED) is minimally required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant food service experience or 1 year with associate’s degree
- Minimum 1 year in customer service/hospitality role
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience, preferred.
