Job Summary

As the Director of Nutrition Services, you will oversee the food service program at a long-term care facility, ensuring high food quality standards, compliance with regulations, and exceptional customer service while leading and training a dedicated team.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred
  • Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification within 14 days of employment
  • Food Service Manager (FSM) certification within 60 days of employment
  • Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certification within 60 days of employment

Additional Requirements

  • Residency within the service area required
