Director of Nursing

Supervise and manage all aspects of the nursing department, develop policies, and assess resident needs to oversee individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while conducting rounds, evaluating care, and initiating corrective actions. Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and administration. Oversee budget planning and resource allocation, and lead educational programs and staff development initiatives. Requires current RN license (BSN preferred) and experience in long-term care. Located in Strongsville, this role supports a growing family-owned facility offering hotel-like private suites for residents transitioning from hospital to home.
