Director of Nursing - Terre Haute

Director of Nursing in a 176-bed skilled nursing facility based in Terre Haute, IN. Manage the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies, nursing practices, and governmental regulations to ensure high-quality resident care. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services and programs; assist with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care development and approval in coordination with physicians, Medical Director, nursing staff, and outside consultants. Ensure accurate completion of admission, transfer, discharge forms including the nursing portion of the PAE, MDS, Resident Care Plan, and Annual MDS. Requires RN licensed in the state, minimum five years in long-term or acute care, minimum two years of management/supervisory experience, and CPR certification. Includes $20,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
