Director of Nursing - Sub Acute

Plan, staff, and manage resident services operations while overseeing performance management, financial oversight, and compliance with standards and regulations. Serve as an advocate for residents by coordinating appropriate resources to meet their comprehensive care needs and driving organizational improvement initiatives. Lead communication efforts and quality initiatives to advance personal and professional growth within the area of responsibility. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, nursing, or business, an NJ Nursing Home Administrator license, and a minimum of 3 years as an Administrator.
