Job Summary
Directs nursing services at St. Ann’s Community, leading a multidisciplinary Nursing Leadership team to ensure resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of quality metrics; responsible for QAPI program, staff development, collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and operational oversight of nursing departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Licensed registered nurse (RN) with minimum of 5 years of recent progressive leadership experience
- Master’s degree (MS) preferred
- Working knowledge of QAPI or equivalent experience
- Experience in Long-term Care & Poste Acute Care
- Familiar with federal and New York State regulations
