Job Summary
Develop and implement nursing service philosophy, policies, and standards aligned with organizational goals. Maintain 24/7 nursing coverage to ensure safe, compassionate care for all customers. Collaborate with the Administrator to develop, allocate, and control the nursing budget. Collect and analyze clinical data for Quality Assurance, presenting findings monthly to the committee. Conduct daily rounds on units to assess customer needs and provide direction to staff through meetings and written memos. Participate in in-service training programs for nursing personnel. Requires a valid RN license, CPR & IV certification, and clinical leadership experience. Day shift Monday through Friday with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN nursing license
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
- Valid CPR & IV Certification
- Clinical Leadership experience

- Infection Preventionist Certificate
