Director of Nursing Services

Assume administrative leadership in the absence of the Administrator, implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance while collaborating with key stakeholders. Assist in preparing and administering the department budget to ensure efficient resource allocation. Recruit, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Analyze and evaluate nursing services to enhance resident care, developing systems that promote resident well-being and functional independence. This role requires a current RN license with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatric populations.
