Director of Nursing Services - NICU

Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the Neonatal Intensive Care Services unit, managing 85 total beds including 53 NICU beds and 32 Progressive Care Unit beds. Comply with regulatory standards and integrate departmental activities into the overall organization while leading two direct reports and over 200 full-time employees. Achieve World Class Status, ensure quality patient outcomes, and maintain an exceptional patient experience as the regional referral center for Level IV NICU services. Reports to the AVP, Nursing. Master's degree in Nursing or MBA/MHA required with five years of management experience.
