Director of Nursing Services - NICU

Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the Neonatal Intensive Care Services unit comprising 85 beds to comply with regulatory standards and integrate departmental activities into the overall organization. Manage a team of over 200 full-time equivalents across 53 NICU beds and a 32-bed Progressive Care Unit, reporting to the AVP of Nursing with two direct reports. Lead the Level IV NICU as a regional referral center to achieve world-class status and ensure exceptional patient outcomes while overseeing quality metrics and staff development.
