Direct and develop the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards in accordance with Federal, State, and Solaris HealthCare regulations. Act as the Administrator's proxy by assuming responsibility in their absence, while serving as a liaison between residents and staff to ensure a safe, cheerful, and healthy environment. Lead a dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting residents, utilizing strong problem-solving and delegation skills to communicate effectively. Maintain current Florida RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience within long-term or acute care settings.
