Director of Nursing Services / DNS / DON

Plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing services provided in the center. Ensure nursing department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while implementing center core nursing programs. Maintain records and reports for resident care and manage the nursing services department within budget. Oversee the orientation and training of all nursing services personnel. Adhere to all center policies and procedures. This role supports Fir Lane Care's goal of providing the best possible care for residents by instilling confidence within the community through our incredible staff.
