Director of Nursing Services

Assume administrative leadership in the absence of the Administrator by implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain best practices while assisting in preparing and administering the department budget for efficient resource allocation. Recruit, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Analyze and evaluate nursing services to enhance resident care, developing systems that promote resident well-being and functional independence. This role requires an RN license with at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric populations.
