Director of Nursing

The position supports executive-level activities (Executive Committee, Clinical Management Team) and requires proficiency with EMR and basic pharmacology, ECG, accucheck, and nebulizer use. Responsibilities also include admissions assessments, adherence to policies, and on-call administration, with a focus on delivering respectful patient care and maintaining appropriate clinical leadership within the nursing department.
